Acceptance
By creating an ARCSONIQ account, subscribing to a plan, downloading the desktop application or using the AI Performance Engine, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced in the Legal Center.
Subscriptions
ARCSONIQ offers Creator, PRO, Venue and Enterprise plans. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment confirmation and subscription status allow ARCSONIQ to manage account access, license entitlements and Download Manager eligibility.
Licensing And Desktop Usage
Access to ARCSONIQ software is licensed, not sold. Your subscription determines which desktop features, AI Performance capacity, export options and commercial usage rights are available. License validation may occur during activation, login, updates and feature access checks.
Uploaded Music And Generated Output
Customers remain responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload, process and use audio files. ARCSONIQ does not claim ownership of uploaded tracks. ARCSONIQ also does not transfer ownership of third-party source material through generated AI Performances.
Acceptable Use
You may not use ARCSONIQ for illegal content, rights-infringing workflows, malware, automated abuse, account sharing outside your plan, license circumvention or reverse engineering. Commercial usage must match the purchased plan.
Cancellation And Refunds
You may cancel a subscription according to the account and billing tools available at the time. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where ARCSONIQ confirms a billing error or service-specific exception.
Updates, Availability And Support
ARCSONIQ may release software updates, security fixes, model improvements and platform changes. We aim to provide reliable service, but availability can vary due to maintenance, infrastructure, payment provider status or technical issues.
Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability
ARCSONIQ is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without a guarantee that every generated performance will meet every artistic, commercial or venue requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCSONIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit or consequential damages.
Termination
ARCSONIQ may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, license violations, illegal use, security risk or breach of these terms. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections and liability limitations.
