ARCSONIQ provides an AI Performance Engine, customer accounts, subscriptions, license validation, downloads and desktop software activation. We process personal data only to operate, secure, support and improve the ARCSONIQ platform.
Data We Collect
- Account data such as name, email address, login status and hashed password records.
- Subscription and billing status, including plan, renewal state and payment status. ARCSONIQ does not store full card numbers.
- License data such as license keys, activation state, plan entitlements and device activation metadata.
- Desktop and device information needed for activation, compatibility, security and Download Manager delivery.
- Operational analytics such as performance counts, feature usage, error logs and support interactions.
Uploaded Audio
Uploaded music files remain the customer's property. ARCSONIQ analyzes uploaded audio only to generate AI Performances, transitions, structure, timing and related output requested by the customer. ARCSONIQ does not claim ownership of uploaded tracks.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights to upload, process and use source audio in their intended context.
Payment Processing
Subscriptions and payment methods are processed through ARCSONIQ's secure payment infrastructure. Billing details, payment identifiers, fraud prevention signals and transaction metadata may be processed under the applicable privacy terms. ARCSONIQ receives the subscription status and payment confirmation required to provide the purchased plan.
GDPR-Style Rights
Where applicable, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection regarding their personal data. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, billing, security, fraud prevention or license enforcement purposes.
Retention And Security
ARCSONIQ uses administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer accounts, license data, subscriptions and platform telemetry. Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, legal compliance, dispute handling, security and service continuity.
