Permitted Use
You may use ARCSONIQ to create AI Performances from audio you are authorized to process, manage your account, activate licensed desktop software, download eligible releases and operate features included in your plan.
Prohibited Use
- Uploading or generating illegal, harmful, exploitative, infringing or rights-violating content.
- Using ARCSONIQ to distribute malware, spam, deceptive material or unauthorized surveillance.
- Using automation to attack, overload, scrape, bypass or probe ARCSONIQ systems.
- Sharing accounts outside permitted plan terms or using licenses for unauthorized commercial usage.
Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, tamper with or derive source code, models, license controls, activation checks or proprietary workflow logic from the ARCSONIQ platform or desktop application.
Platform Abuse
Abuse includes credential attacks, excessive automated requests, fraudulent payment activity, license circumvention, false account creation, attempts to access other customers' data or interference with the Download Manager, AI Engine, Renderer or customer platform.
License Violations
License keys, activation rights and plan entitlements are assigned to authorized customers. You may not resell, share, publish, transfer or use license credentials outside the plan, contract or business entity that purchased them.
Enforcement
ARCSONIQ may suspend features, restrict downloads, revoke license activation, terminate accounts or report activity where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or where platform security, customer trust or legal compliance is at risk.
