Desktop Software License
Subject to an active ARCSONIQ account and valid plan entitlement, ARCSONIQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop application for permitted AI Performance workflows.
License Activation
The desktop application may validate your account, subscription, license key, device state and plan entitlements during installation, launch, feature access, updates or downloads. Activation may require an internet connection.
Updates
ARCSONIQ may provide updates, patches, model improvements, compatibility fixes and security releases. Some updates may be required for continued access, license validation, platform compatibility or secure operation.
Restrictions
- No copying, resale, sublicensing, rental, unauthorized sharing or transfer of the desktop software.
- No reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, model extraction or license bypass.
- No tampering with activation, Download Manager, Renderer, Runtime, AI Engine or subscription controls.
- No use beyond your plan, contract, commercial rights or permitted business entity.
Ownership
ARCSONIQ and its licensors retain all rights in the desktop software, AI Performance Engine, Runtime, Renderer, models, workflows, interface, documentation and platform technology. This EULA does not transfer ownership of ARCSONIQ technology.
Termination
This license may terminate if your subscription ends, your account is closed, payment fails, license validation cannot be completed or you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the desktop application and may lose access to downloads and updates.
Warranty Disclaimer
The desktop software is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. ARCSONIQ does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, artistic outcome, venue result or third-party audio workflow.
